When we are available
Seven days a week, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM UAE time. Messages sent outside those hours are answered first thing the next morning.
Where we are
Our atelier is in Jaipur, India, where every piece is cut, stitched and hand embroidered by our own artisans. We do not have a store in the UAE, which is why the whole process happens by call and message, and why the outfit arrives made for your child rather than picked off a rail.
Before you write
Two things make the first reply far more useful:
- The date of the event. It tells us straight away whether the timeline works.
- Who is dressing. One child, siblings, or the whole family, so we can suggest what coordinates.
Existing orders
If you have already ordered, message the same number with your order number and we will check the status with the workshop or the courier directly.
