Once you message us, we schedule a video call around your schedule on WhatsApp or BOTIM, whichever works for you. We go through colours, fabric, hand embroidery and any personalisation together, so you see exactly what your child will wear before we stitch it.
Can I get an outfit in my child’s exact size?
Yes. Every outfit is made to your child’s measurements, not fixed sizes. We share a simple photo guide, and our team helps you measure on the call if you are unsure.
How long does delivery to the UAE take?
Once your custom outfit is ready, express delivery reaches you across the UAE within a few days. Tell us your event date on WhatsApp and we will confirm the timeline, including faster options when you are in a hurry.
Can you make matching outfits for the whole family?
Yes, this is what we are known for. Father-son, mother-daughter, siblings or the whole family, each piece sized individually so everyone matches in look and stays comfortable.
Will I pay customs or duties in the UAE?
Any customs or duties, if applicable, are payable on delivery as per UAE regulations. For most kids outfits these are minimal, and we share full clarity on WhatsApp before you confirm.
