We book a call on WhatsApp or BOTIM at a time that suits you. You see fabrics and colours, we discuss the embroidery, and the design is agreed before stitching starts.
Is the fabric suitable for the UAE climate?
We suggest lighter, breathable fabrics for daytime and outdoor events, and reserve heavier work for evening functions.
Can you make it in my child's exact size?
Yes. We work from measurements, not a fixed size chart, so nothing needs altering when it arrives. We talk you through measuring on the call.
Will I pay customs or duties in the UAE?
Any customs or duties, where applicable, are payable on delivery under UAE rules. For children's clothing these are usually small, and we explain the position before you order.
